So let’s introduce the Nine Principal Titans. First of all, the Founding Titan. It was once in the possession of the Reiss family, who passed it down from generation to generation. Its screams can alter the minds of both humans and Titans. This power had historically only been able to be used by members of the royal family. This titan is currently in the hands of Eren Jaeger.

The second is the Armored Titan. It possesses armored plates of skin across its body. It is currently in the possession of Reiner Braun. Gabi Braun and Falco Grice are two candidates being considered to inherit the power from him. It is an elusive threat to humanity within the Walls, first appearing five years ago during the fall of Wall Maria.

The third is the Attack Titan. It can see through the memories of both its past and its future holders. Eren Kruger received memories of Grisha Jaeger telling his son to protect Mikasa Ackermann and Armin Arlelt. Grisha Jaeger knew of the Founding Titan’s bloodline restriction from the future memories of his son, Eren. These memories led those with the Attack Titan to move forward, fighting for freedom.

The fourth is the Beast Titan. It has a unique ape-like appearance and is slightly larger than most Titans. It is currently in the possession of Zeke Jaeger and first appeared during the invasion of Wall Rose. The Beast Titan possesses the devastating ability to throw objects with great accuracy and immense destructive capability. This is notably used by Zeke Jaeger’s Beast Titan during the battle of Shiganshina to wipe out most of the Scout Regiment soldiers with crushed rocks.

The fifth is the Cart Titan. It has a quadrupedal form that possesses incredible speed and endurance. It is currently in the possession of Pieck Finger. It acted as a scout and mule in Zeke Jaeger’s army during the battle of Shiganshina District. The Cart Titan possesses a level of endurance far greater than that of the other members of the Nine Titans, allowing for the inheritor to partake in long missions without the need for rest.

The sixth is the Colossal Titan. This Titan is notable for its massive size and significant control over the steam emitted by its Titan body. The user has control over the power of the blast released by its transformation. It is currently in the possession of Armin Arlelt. The Colossal Titan first appeared in the year 845 during the fall of Wall Maria and later re-emerged in 850 at Trost District.

The seventh is the Female Titan. It can selectively harden parts of its skin and it is known for its high endurance and mobility. It also possesses the ability to attract Pure Titans with its screams. The downside of the attraction ability is that once the Titans following the Female arrive at her location, they will attack the Female Titan and eat its body. It is currently in the possession of Annie Leonhart.

The eighth is the Jaw Titan. It is one of the Nine Titans with a ferociously powerful set of jaws and claws that can tear through almost anything. It is also the second swiftest Titan of all due to its small size. It is currently in the possession of Falco Grice. Those who hold the power of the Jaw Titan demonstrate great amounts of speed and agility in their Titan form.

The last one is the War Hammer Titan. It possesses the ability to create any structure out of hardened Titan flesh. Until 854, it was kept within the Tybur family for generations following the conclusion of the Great Titan War. It is currently in the possession of Eren Jaeger and fused with both the Attack Titan and Founding Titan. The War Hammer Titan can produce and manipulate structures made of hardened Titan flesh. These structures can be weaponized.
