Today we’re going to explore the 16 personality types of some of the notable Game of Thrones characters. If you want to find out where you belong, check out our 16 Personalities Test!

Jon Snow is an ISFP. This type’s longing for freedom and disdain for restrictions fits quite well with Jon. He is open-minded, adventurous, and highly in tune with his feelings and the natural world. Jon Snow’s actions are motivated by his core values and strict moral code. The ISFPs can get lost in the tide of everyday life and crave to experience something new. They like to march to the beat of their own drum.

Arya Stark is an ISTP. She is practical, logical, and rational, yet she can appear suddenly spontaneous and unpredictable. This air of mystery surrounds her, very typical for ISTPs. She doesn’t care about the rules and isn’t scared of taking risks. Like a true ISTP, Arya is good at hiding her true self from the world. She’s stubborn and resilient, which helped her to get out on top in the end.

Tyrion Lannister is a true ENTP. Sharp and intelligent, he enjoys engaging in lively debates and witty banter. His argumentative nature gets him in trouble, but his quick thinking and problem-solving skills get him out of it. The ENTPs have a rebellious streak and don’t blindly conform to society’s standards. They prefer creating ideas instead of doing the dirty work of incorporating them into life.

Daenerys Targaryen is an INFJ. This is the type to leave their mark on the world. They work tirelessly toward their goals and have their gaze set firmly on the future. Doesn’t that sound like the Mother of Dragons? Many INFJs feel like their life has a unique purpose they were meant to fulfill. They are insightful, creative, and passionate. They’re also sensitive to criticism and prone to burnout. Daenerys is an extreme example of that.

Jaime Lannister is an ESTP. He’s the epitome of the “act first, ask questions later” type. He can be quite reckless when making decisions. The ESTPs want to live in the moment and enjoy it while it lasts – to hell with consequences. They’re always looking for something exciting. Jaime is dynamic, bold, and direct. He’s good at the art of conversation and knows how to get what he wants from people.

Cersei Lannister is an ENTJ, otherwise called “the Commander”, which fits her well. She is power-hungry, obsessed with control, ruthless, and ambitious. She will stop from nothing to achieve her goals. The ENTJs know what they want and how to get it. They have unwavering confidence in their skills, just like Cersei. They don’t care if someone calls them rude or insensitive as long as they reach their objective.

Samwell Tarly is an INFP. He is kind, generous, and imaginative. Unlike many Game of Thrones characters, Sam shows integrity and moral strength. He enjoys observing the world and reflecting upon what he sees. The iNFPs are great at showing others their true potential, yet might have an issue with seeing their own strengths. Just like Sam, they struggle with standing up for themselves sometimes.

Sansa Stark is an ESFJ. She’s compassionate, dutiful, and idealistic. Even though her journey hardened her, she didn’t lose these traits. Sansa thinks about the big picture and thinks about the well-being of others. THE ESFJs are very loyal and have a strong sense of responsibility. Sansa is a strong, wise leader, great at managing things – like a true ESFJ. She knows how to use her experiences to read people and gauge their intentions.

Petyr Baelish is an INTJ – or “the Mastermind”. Petyr earned that title with his strategic skills and conniving nature, attempting to play everyone in Westeros to get what he wants. The INTJs are imaginative and quick-witted thinkers with a plan for everything. They’re independent to the core and prefer to carve their own path instead of following other people’s ideas. Petyr does nothing without planning it first, which is fitting for this type.

Margaery Tyrell is an ENFJ. She’s charming, charismatic, and a natural leader with a faithful following. She knows how to get to people and maneuver through the complicated world of the court’s politics. The ENFJs are idealistic visionaries and feel called to serve a greater purpose in life. Margaery is cunning and somewhat manipulative, but not necessarily in a bad way. In the end, she always wants to do the right thing, like a true ENFJ. And the ends justify the means, do they not?

Are you a kind, yet strong Sansa Stark? Are you a witty, quick-thinking Tyrion Lannister? Find out which Game of Thrones character you are in this fascinating quiz!
