  1. Exercise regularly. It is proven that 120 minutes of workouts each week improve our mood and energy levels.
  2. Eat healthier. Well-balanced diet is going to make you feel stronger and improve your cognitive functions. 
  3. Drink a cup of coffee at the start of a day. Coffee, tea, yerba mate, or other drinks containing caffeine improve mood and provide a kick of energy.
  4. Talk about your problems with friends. Sharing experiences with others will make you feel that you are not alone, and that everyone fights their own battles.
  5. Spend time in nature. Take a stroll in a forest, park, or go hiking. It’s another proven strategy which can improve our mood.
  6. Have a good laugh. Hang out with a funny friend, watch your favorite comedy, and explore the most hilarious meme pages. Laughter is proven to lower anxiety levels  
  7. Try out meditation techniques. Deep breaths, mindfulness, yoga, or meditation can help you get rid of stress and reduce anxiety. The only thing you need is some space and 10 to 20 minutes of your free time.
