Do you like classic sitcoms, witches, and alternative realities? If the answer is yes, you might be a fan of WandaVision. When grieving Wanda Maximoff unleashed her magic, the lives of the small town Westview residents changed, as they got trapped in a sitcom world. Which role are you going to play? Find out what WandaVision character resembles you the most by taking our quiz!

WandaVision is the first television series in the Marvel Cinematic Universe produced by Marvel Studios. After Vision’s death, Wanda Maximoff aka Scarlet Witch, consumed by her grief, magically altered reality, closing the Westview town to the outside world. Each resident is subject to an American sitcom, unaware of their true identities and assigned characters to play. Wanda lives an idyllic life with resurrected Vision and their children. However, the cracks start to show up, and not everything is as it seems.

With the theme of magic as a crucial plot point, wizardry scheming, and an evil sorcerer trying to gain power, WandaVision bears some resemblance to the Harry Potter universe. It’s only fair if we try to sort WandaVision characters into their respective Hogwarts houses. They’re not as easy to categorize as Gryffindor through and through Harry, but the least we could do is try!

The main protagonist, Wanda Maximoff aka Scarlet Witch, is a complicated character who would likely get The Sorting Hat flustered. She is prone to self-centered behavior and manipulation, as proven by her trapping the Westview residents in the sitcom reality. Self-serving acts and certain ruthlessness are certainly Slytherin’s characteristics. However, Wanda proved she did not act out of maliciousness and strived to fix her mistakes. In the end, she gave up her perfect life to free the people of Westview. Something like that requires a great deal of bravery. Even before, when acting as an Avenger, Wanda showed us how courageous she was. Her fearless confrontation with Thanos earned Scarlet Witch a place in Gryffindor (with a little Slytherin flavor).

Vision in the show is not a real Vision, but a character created by Wanda. He is endlessly devoted and loyal to Wanda, and everything he does comes from the place of kindness and love. He’s patient, honorable, and willing to fight for his family to the very end. Vision is also very selfless, encouraging Wanda to do the right thing by letting the Westview residents go, even if it meant he would cease to exist. All the traits make him 100% a Hufflepuff.

Wanda’s next-door nosy neighbor Agnes was eventually revealed to be a powerful witch Agatha Harkness. Agatha was obsessed with Wanda’s magical abilities. She was the one manipulating their surroundings in order to study Wanda’s magic and steal it for herself. Agatha’s hunger for power, resourcefulness, and cunningness are all Slytherin.

Monica Rambeau, the daughter of the late Maria Rambeau, is the personification of Gryffindor’s courage. She was willing to put herself in danger to save other people. She also refused to leave Westview and wanted to do the right thing. Her determination and bravery played a huge role in saving the residents. That is a Gryffindor through and through!

Hayward managed to reactivate the true Vision’s body and create the White Vision. White Vision doesn’t have Vision’s memories, which makes him more cold and distant than the humane version of Vision. White Vision is all about facts, procedures, and logic. He doesn’t just accept what he’s told at face value and prefers to examine the information with his analytical mind. These traits put White Vision in Ravenclaw.

Agent Jimmy Woo is honorable, kind, and likable. He follows his moral compass rather than follow the rules if that’s what needs to be done. Jimmy has a lot of empathy and is loyal to Monica. These characteristics make him a good Hufflepuff. Jimmy’s intelligence, quick wit, and rarely letting his true feelings show could make The Sorting Hat consider Ravenclaw, too.

Darcy Lewis is clever, observant, and can get out of almost any difficult situation with her wits. She has a knack for learning and interpreting new information. These traits make her a perfect Ravenclaw.

Tyler Hayward is focused on manipulating Wanda to get her to re-assemble Vision. He doesn’t hesitate to portray Wanda in the worst light, so the members of SWORD would go after her. Hayward’s cunning nature could put him in Slytherin, but his wits, planning abilities, and non-nonsense approach would make him a good Ravenclaw.

Wanda and Vision’s children, Billy and Tommy, share the same values as their parents. They’re brave, compassionate, and willing to help others no matter the danger. The Maximoff twins are true Gryffindors! Billy and Tommy draw yet another similarity to the Harry Potter universe. Do you remember Fred and George?
