The ability to handle emotions is crucial for building healthy relationships. Some researchers think emotional intelligence is an inborn ability, but others believe it’s possible to learn it.

Signs Of High EQ

Can you identify with any of these? That means your EQ is high.

According to research, emotional intelligence has four different levels. The first happens when a person can perceive emotions and is aware of verbal and non-verbal cues. The second level is when a person uses emotions to think and react to things.

The next step means that an individual understands emotions and what they mean. The final level is when a person can appropriately handle their emotions.
